Umm, possibly….

Yesterday was lovely, the sun shone, the wind blew. Today we are back to drizzle…..

Still. It is now the school Summer holidays, which means that I can hopefully catch up on the knitting back log.

My test knitter has finished her test of the Fancy scarf of the Plain or Fancy design and it looks lovely. She, like me is waiting for decent weather for some glamour shots, but the indoor snap she sent me looked wonderful!

The pink sweater is progressing. The body is done and I am halfway up a sleeve. I am going to run out of yarn, but I am hoping that my LYS will have I using it to some in stock. Dye lots shouldn’t be an issue, BUT I have has issues before with dye lots being a vastly different shade, so here’s hoping….

I have a new toy.

This is  a Microsoft Surface Pro 4.

I have the keyboard and pen as well, but the tablet keyboard is pretty good too. I am looking forward to using it with Stitch Mastery.

I leave you with a past pattern, because as usual I have nothing current that I am allowed to show you.

This is Stargirl. I designed it to wear at my daughter’s graduation 4 years ago. She has a Masters degree in Physics with Astrophysics 1st class (hons) and now is nearly finished her PHD.

Knitted in Unique Sheep Marci pure silk laceweight, colours White Queen.

I then decided to do a fingering weight one as well
